The Aster Rotameter – 200–1600 LPH – TC Mounted is a rugged and hygienic stainless steel flowmeter engineered for mid-to-high flow applications in water treatment, chemical dosing, and process systems. With a wide range from 200 to 1600 LPH, this model offers dependable and accurate flow monitoring for CIP systems, soft water distribution, and food & beverage lines.

Fabricated entirely from SS316—including the body, float, and Tri-Clamp ends—this rotameter ensures top-tier corrosion resistance, hygiene, and durability. Featuring 1.5" Tri-Clamp (50.5 mm OD) end connections, it is easy to install, clean, and remove in critical sanitary and industrial environments. Factory-calibrated for water (SG = 1), the F1600 O is suited for continuous-duty and cleanroom-ready applications.

When your system demands robustness, performance, and quick-cleaning capability, the Aster F1600 O rises to the occasion.

  • Flow capacity from 200 to 1600 LPH with excellent repeatability
  • Fully stainless steel construction for long life and corrosion resistance
  • Ideal for pharma, food, water treatment, and chemical industries
